Confidential Notice: Request for Strategic De-Escalation, Academic Continuity, and Privacy During International Religious and Cultural Travel
Dear Members of the Current Administration,
I am writing to formally notify you of an imminent international deployment related to religious, cultural, and academic obligations that intersect with Assyrian heritage preservation, Ethiopian historical research, and interfaith stabilization efforts. This travel is undertaken independently and privately, with the understanding that all material disclosures required for governmental awareness and compliance will be provided through appropriate, lawful channels.
My work involves academic research, prayer, cultural documentation, artistic production, and private business meetings across religious institutions, including mosques, synagogues, and churches, as well as engagements with scholars and cultural custodians. These activities are conducted without representation of the United States government and without delegation of authority. I work alone and report only what is necessary for administrative awareness.
I respectfully request consideration of the following points:
Academic and Professional Continuity
I have been offered a pre-doctoral academic pathway connected to aerospace, engineering, Earth science, agriculture, ancient studies, and clinical counseling research. Completion of my current academic requirements is essential to maintaining this trajectory. I therefore request that no administrative action interfere with my academic standing or continuity during this period.Strategic De-Escalation and Fiscal Priorities
From a policy analysis perspective, continued large-scale financial and military engagement in the current Israel conflict presents escalating international risk. Multiple religious and cultural communities—Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Assyrian, and Palestinian—are expressing profound distress. I urge consideration of strategic de-escalation, redirection of resources toward domestic recovery, debt mitigation, heritage preservation, and direct support for American communities. This position is offered as analysis, not instruction.Cultural and Heritage Preservation
There is an urgent need for multilateral heritage documentation and protection under international frameworks, including UNESCO-aligned mechanisms, to safeguard Assyrian, Levantine, and shared Abrahamic cultural histories. Failure to address this collectively risks irreversible cultural loss and further destabilization.Privacy and Communications Integrity
Due to the sensitivity of interfaith dialogue, cultural research, and private academic correspondence, I request respect for communications privacy within the bounds of the law. Where information is required, I am available for direct, transparent communication through conventional, consensual means. I have a long-standing record of compliance with reporting and taxation requirements.Personal Safety and Autonomy
This travel carries inherent personal risk. I have undertaken lawful self-defense training strictly for personal protection. I request that my autonomy be respected and that no actions be taken that would compromise my safety, academic work, or ability to communicate with international cultural institutions.
My family history includes documented resistance to fascism in East Africa during the twentieth century, and my current work is informed by that legacy of anti-authoritarian, peace-oriented engagement. I am not acting as an intelligence agent, emissary, or proxy for any government. I am acting as an independent scholar, cultural worker, and private citizen.
I will provide copies of any materials that are appropriate for administrative awareness upon request. I ask only that I be permitted to conduct this work independently, without unnecessary interference, so that dialogue, documentation, and stabilization efforts are not compromised.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I submit this notice in good faith, with the sole aim of avoiding further escalation, protecting cultural heritage, and maintaining academic and civic responsibility.
Respectfully,
Alana Sadah
